The problem

Learning doesn't stop when school ends, but support does.

For students

  • Doubts go unanswered. Outside school and tuition hours, there's no one to ask.
  • Search engines and general AI chatbots don't help enough. They're time-consuming, go beyond the syllabus, and aren't exam-focused.
  • EdTech apps show, but don't teach. Most offer static digital books that present concepts, but don't actively teach or answer questions.

For schools

  • Support ends at the school gate. Schools struggle to extend learning beyond the classroom, and to stand out from other schools.
  • Learning moves outside the school. Students depend on outside tuition and edtech apps, and the school gets no credit for their progress.
  • Weak spots stay hidden. Schools have no real-time view of where students struggle until exam results arrive.

Gopinath Alagar Karunanithi

Founder & CEO

Gopinath brings over a decade of global engineering experience across India, Malaysia, and South Korea. Previously an Associate Director and ML Engineer at a South Korean health-tech company, he specializes in high-precision Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and conversational AI. At Edsqr, he leads product and architecture end to end, engineering reliable, adaptive learning systems that schools can trust.

    A conversation with a school correspondent showed the real gap: students' doubts after school hours. We moved to an AI tutor on WhatsApp.
